If you wish to make a complaint about the service provided by VCAMS or a member of the team it is important to fully understand the nature of your complaint in order that we can resolve it for you, learn from mistakes and improve our practices. Please provide us with the following information:

- How have you been affected?
- What outcome would you like to see?
